What success looks like in this role:
You will be a part of the Mid-sized Citrix team, distributed between Hungary and Germany, which is a dedicated team to support a single client in Germany offering humongous Citrix services to its clients, providing an opportunity for the Citrix administrators to enhance their technical skill sets and professional abilities.
Your daily tasks will be:
- Installing/Maintaining/Supporting XenApp and XenDesktop 7.15 & higher versions of infrastructure
- Configuration and deployment of Store Front Servers
- Installing, configuring and managing Citrix License Servers (Windows/VPX)
- Image management: Managing Server and Desktop OS images in Citrix Provisioning services.
- Application/License life cycle management
- Monitoring Citrix infrastructure through Citrix Edge Sight/Director
- Day-to-day operational management and support of the company's enterprise-class, mission-critical Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS and NetScaler environments
- Installing, configuring and upgrading Netscaler VPX/MPX
- Configuring Citrix policies Printing/Drive Mapping
- Management and support of Windows /2012/2016/2019 Server in an enterprise network environment, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Microsoft-based system principles and practices.
- Participation in on-call rotation (flexible support hours between 6 AM and 6 PM)
