Your tasks will be:

• Provide professional support for international biology researches
• Help researchers in the usage of laboratory devices and services
• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
• Help customers with technical inquiries, product issues and complaints
• Use required computer systems and databases to ensure a professional customer support
• Escalate issues when needed
• Work in a team to develop company databases and assess customer needs
