Job description

Your tasks would be:

  • Ensure compliance and integrity of key financial processes such as invoicing and supplier payments.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of the forecasting system to reflect the actuals.
  • Oversee the raising of invoices, entity set-up’s, compliance and complete the revenue recognition forms where required.
  • Support the business in raising monthly invoices and credit notes where required.-
  • Ensure correct VAT treatment and act as a subject matter expert for the team.
  • Manage the approval chains on Workday.
  • Support the business in obtaining any supporting documentation for completion of vendor set-up process.

You are the most suitable candidate, if you have:

  • bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • sophisticated English
  • basic knowledge of VAT treatments
  • strong communication, presentation skills
  • SSC experience is preferred
  • Proactive with the ability to work either on own initiative or as part of a team and manage a team
