Job description

Take your career to the next level! We are looking for a Bi Analysts for a complex business support role:

Our multinational partner is present in the information technology sector. They are providing innovative solutions and excellent service to their partners.

Join their team to be an expert in coordinating and supervising services and processes!

Your tasks will be:

  • Lead process creation, definition, update and amendment to match business evolutions at EMEA level
  • Frequently review existing processes and tools to ensure that the E2E Direct Field Processes are allowing the Direct Field Team to perform necessary tasks according to internal guidelines
  • Participate in Dynamics implementation in terms of process creation and roll-out at EMEA Service Delivery level
  • Ensure the monthly management of the necessary forecast and volumes analysis: service action rate, forecast, any other tool to be created in the future
Requirements
  • Fluent English both written and oral (additional language is a plus)
  • Strong Excel and Power BI knowledge
  • Experience in forecast and plan preparation would be a huge plus
  • work experience in a multinational workenvironment
  • Strong ability to problem-resolve and resolve conflict situations independently
