Job description

There is a great opportunity to join a fast growing real estate company and work there as an ASSET MANAGER.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

ASSET MANAGEMENT tasks:

  • to take a lead role in overseeing the Asset Management of the Hungarian properties
  • to jointly establish the business plans and take responsibility for the execution thereof
  • to ensure that all capital; cyclical; responsive and other construction/maintenance work is carried out to the required standards, specifications and schedules
  • ensure that any works are carried out in line with the terms of the contracts
  • act in the most prudent manner to maximise asset NOI including lease renewals and new contracts.
  • to interface with the tenants in the buildings and liase with the service providers such as Property Managers, Facility Managers and Leasing Teams
  • asset management reporting including preparing cashflow forecasts, tracking asset performance, operational and financial reporting in line with the AMA.
  • representing the company during meetings/ appointments with stakeholders, investors

ANALYST tasks:

  • analysis of prospective investments, including commercial, financial, and operational characteristics, and contributing to the structuring, underwriting, due diligence and documentation of selected investment projects
  • maintenance of the investment pipeline, including analysis based on pre-defined criteria and preparation of results and illustrations
  • research on economies and real estate markets, including drivers of economies and real estate markets for target countries, deriving trends
  • liaising with different capital partners and stakeholders, including preparation of marketing materials and responses.
  • ad-hoc tasks subject to business needs
Requirements
  • bachelor’s degree, master’s degree beneficial
  • 5+ years relevant experience (property, asset, facility management)
  • English & Hungarian fluent, German language an advantage
  • competent financial modelling and Excel skills
  • excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • strong skills to work independently and in teams to extract optimal efficiency
  • excellent analytical and researching skills.

  • pro-active and open-minded personality
