As a Team Leader, you will be strongly involved in transitions and process development to help create a motivating working environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead a team of AR accountants, focusing on daily operations, monitoring the capacity and of the team, and hiring additional team members according to the anticipated workload
• Play an active role in the transition of accounting processes from European entities
• Coach and motivate team members
• Create a motivating working atmosphere, and actively drive the change management
• Be involved in day-to-day operations and participate in the periodical closing processes
• Participate and lead projects assigned to the role (incl. Process improvements and optimization)
