Job description

You will be responsible to manage and support the core critical platform by focusing in fixing issues, coordinating resolution, provide guidance to the team members and vendors. This includes researching, recommending, documenting, controlling and govern changes, issues and small enhancements. Improve support processes and user experiences while follow KPI based approach.

  • SFDC, Windchill, O365 will be the primary focus
  • Provide deep sw / hw technical expertise to ensure proper resolution of issues
  • Establish proper support process to facilitate collaboration with the users and support statisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or equivalent work experience (7 years - including 2-3 years of lead experience)
  • Proven great experience in supporting applications, leading teams and results driven approach
  • Some previous experience in project management and experience in communicating with various business functions
  • Strong ownership and accountability with proven track record of execution
  • Process improvement mind-set, understanding of key operational processes, ability to drive process excellence and standardization
  • Experience in leading culturally diverse teams, cultural awareness & sensitivity
  • Deep technical knowledge in applications with a plus of understanding on PTC, SFDC, O365 etc but not mandatory
  • Strong system administrator skills
  • Willing to travel as the job permits
