As a Team Leader, you will be strongly involved in transitions and process development to help create a motivating working environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead a team of accountants in order to deliver financial services to all customers within the AP process with a strong focus on workload allocation
  • Play an active role in the transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary and actively shape a new SSC in Budapest
  • Manage ongoing operations of the team. Plan and monitor the capacity and workload of the team, hire additional team members according to anticipated workload
  • Coach and motivate team members
  • Lead by example a cross-functional collaboration, create a motivating working atmosphere and actively drive the change management
  • Participate and lead projects assigned to the role (incl. Process improvements and optimization)
  • Be involved in day-to-day operations and participate in the periodical closing processes (incl. problem solving)
  • Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting (primarily AP)
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience
  • Very good understanding of the AP Accounting processes
  • Transition experience is beneficial
  • Fluent English and German language skills
