As a Team Leader, you will be strongly involved in transitions and process development to help create a motivating working environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead the AP team (10 people)
- Manage the employee lifecycle and keep the team motivated
- Ensure processing and booking of AP invoices, employee expenses and payments on timely manner with a good quality
- Maintain process documentation, make sure that all processes are documented and reviewed
- Ensure the AP process has the required financial controls that are compliant with SOX, other regulatory and company policies requirements
- Monitor KPI/SLA reports regarding to the Accounts Payable activities
- Control, coordinate and/or participate in process transition projects
