Our client is in search of an AP Manager to join their growing team in Budapest. You will meet daily with the following tasks:
- Manage an AP team of 20+ which are based in Budapest and Chennai SSC and maintain team engagement
- Establish proper set of KPI’s to manage the payable balance and team performance efficiently
- Actively drive process improvements and automation within the department
- Lead and coordinate migration projects and invoice approval and workflow system implementation
- Ownership of policies applicable to Accounts Payable and ensure policy compliance
- Monitor closely the unbooked invoices, outstanding purchase orders and service receipts matching
- Maximize the number of electronic invoices to ensure automated invoice processing
- Act as a coach and support the personal development of the direct reports (Team Leaders and SME) and other team members
