Job description

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM

At our IT organization we are looking for Agile Coaches to globally influence and support on sustaining Agile ways of working to enable fast delivery of valuable products and services to our customers and coach teams to achieve high quality performance.

The agile coach responsibilities include championing a culture of learning, adapting, and delivering work with team and product focus leveraging Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and building connections to influence different levels of the organization driving the integration of agile values and principles.

  • Coach teams and individuals on how to integrate Agile values, concepts and principles
  • Collaborate with the Leadership to understand their needs and facilitate transformation
  • Support teams through Agile transformation, with focus on sustainment
  • Enhance Agile team's performance
  • Support agile ceremonies (e.g. Retrospective, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, and Refining) to enable self-managing teams
  • Drive teams to improve continuously its health and ability to deliver value to the customer
  • Foster teams’ collective responsibility and accountability
  • Develop coaching expertise within key Agile roles (Scrum Masters, RTEs, etc.)
  • Improve stewardship and reporting to make value delivered visible to management and business stakeholders
  • Help the teams, programs and portfolios establish and sustain tooling to manage and track work and improvements
Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • College degree in IT or relevant field and strong IT background
  • 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach working with large global teams in key Agile roles (PO, PM, SM, RTE)
  • Experience as a trainer and passion to spread Agile values
  • Familiarity with Agile implementation and transformation
  • Knowledge of utilizing Agile in projects with customer focused mindset
  • Understanding of planning and estimation under Agile principles (user stories, requirements gathering, prioritization, metrics)
  • Ability to lead without authority & facilitate problem solving in a group
  • Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
  • Certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified SAFe Agilist are an advantage
