We are looking for a Team Leader for a team of accountants, at a new Business Support Center in Budapest.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead a team of GL Accountants in order to deliver Accounting services to international clients
• Manage ongoing operations of the team, plan and monitor the workload
• Coordinate the knowledge transfer and ensure stabilization of finance processes
• Create a motivating working atmosphere, and actively drive the change management
• Participate in projects and process improvements
• Monitor the team's performance according to the Service Levels Agreements
• Work together with management in establishing department KPIs
• Collaborate with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
