Job description

Experienced accountant wanted – with accounting experience in the real estate sector!

On behalf of our multinational partner who has a wide range of portfolio (real estate management, retail, renewable energy) we are looking for an Experienced Accountant.

The responsibilities will be:

  • full scale accounting of a property
  • taking part in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process and financial statement preparation and submission
  • support the yearly statutory audit
  • assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
  • keeping in touch with the partners and the suppliers
Requirements
  • University / College degree / Chartered accountant qualification
  • 2-4 years' experience in accounting (HAS standard)
  • REAL ESTATE sector experience in bookkeeping
  • upper intermediate English (it will be used on a daily basis)
  • Navision and IFRS knowledge is a "nice to have"
  • confident user skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • ability to work with tight deadlines
