As a Technical Delivery Engineer for Microsoft Modern Workplace, you will be the technical consultant and solution architect for Microsoft 365 solutions in remote work, security, compliance, teamwork, insights, meeting and calling. You will working closely with customers in pre-sales, deployment, and support of their Microsoft environments.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery and implementation of Microsoft Modern Work and Security solutions for external clients based on Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Office 365);
- Consulting and deploying Modern and Hybrid Identity and access management solutions for Windows Server Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Migrating data from different platforms to Microsoft 365 (Mailbox and Data migrations).
- Architecting Collaboration and Productivity solution based on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Deploying Microsoft Teams Voice solutions.
- Deploy Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise at a large scale and work with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and SCCM.
- Supporting pre-sale and closing of sales, determining together with the client the solution to be applied in the project;
- Participating in activities in order to identify problems and needs of customers
