Your tasks will be:

  • Process and follow-up incoming orders
  • Liaise with internal departments
  • Keep contact with customers: order related questions, product availability, price inquiries, complaints
  • Manage customer data and accounts
  • Setting up priorities to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • An additional European language is a huge advantage
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service-related areas
  • Proactive, open-minded attitude
  • High level of accuracy
