Job description

On behalf of our multinational partner who is dealing with international sales and distribution of high quality cosmetics and health products we are looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide scientific support for product distributors about product line and usage.

Your tasks will be:

  • Respond to distributor inquiries mainly via email, sometimes on phone
  • Provide professional help with product usage, ingredients, effects, etc.
  • Resolve potential product related issues
  • Attend trainings and study materials related to the company's products and processes
  • Provide product related trainings to the Customer Service team
  • Take part in the improvement of product related processes
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • BSc degree in the field of Biology or equivalent knowledge
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interpret scientific studies to answer product related inquiries
