Our client is a large International real estate services company, with offices all over the world and is market leader in Hungary. They are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and dynamic candidate for a Portuguese speaking Helpdesk Agent's role, located in Budapest serving one of their key clients on a day-to-day basis.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage customer requests received by telephone, but mainly online. Ensure requests are fully understood and key information provided
- Follow defined procedures to provide first line troubleshooting service to help resolve customer requests
- Dispatch work orders to Regional Facilities management team, nominated suppliers or landlord based on defined business rules and manage work flow through to request completion
- Where work exceeds defined cost parameters, review options with appropriate Regional Facilities manager, obtain supplier quotes, manage approval process and raise purchase order requests as required
- Review work order status against defined service levels and expedite or escalate overdue jobs as required
- Provide timely feedback to customers on work order status
- Provide reports and management information on status of reactive and planned work orders
