• Answer customers’ telephone calls and e-mails regarding their orders, price inquiries
• Process orders in SAP according to company guidelines, check price and availability of products to customers where necessary
• Set priorities in order to ensure on-time delivery and the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Liaise between the customer and warehouse, planning shipment of the ordered products
• Deal with customer complaints
• Monitor and provide feedback on quality issues of products, shipping
• Where necessary, arranges product returns within the divisions guidelines
