- Answer customers’ telephone calls and e-mails regarding their orders, price inquiries
- Process orders in SAP according to company guidelines, check price and availability of products to customers where necessary
- Set priorities in order to ensure on-time delivery and the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Liaise between the customer and warehouse, planning shipment of the ordered products
- Deal with customer complaints
- Monitor and provide feedback on quality issues of products, shipping
- Where necessary, arranges product returns within the divisions guidelines
