Your daily tasks will include:

  • Leading, mentoring and coaching a team of 12-15 Service Desk Agents
  • Ensuring that the department’s operation complies with all internal control procedures and KPIs
  • Deliver inspirational leadership and effective coaching, meanwhile providing a supportive and rewarding working environment
  • Leading team meetings and performance reviews
  • People management experience
  • Advanced German and English is essential
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk is essential
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Can-do attitude, flexibility
  • Willingness to work in Pécs
