Your tasks will be:

  • Ensuring every order are placed accurately and on time
  • Handling every order related issues and modifications
  • Keep contact with customer service teams to handle order related questions
  • Setting up priorities to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Fluent English and ONE of the following languages: French / Polish / German / Nordics
  • Experience in an administrative role is an advantage but fresh grads are also welcome!
