• Building customer relationships to ensure cooperation and partnership
• Manage the collections team and process to ensure KPI’s are achieved in order to reach strategic goals
• Improve data integrity and provide improved analytics to stakeholders and customers
• Support the implementation of best practice solutions within the OTC process, building a database of current skill sets, identifying skills gaps
• Planning the development of the claims management process, improving claims resolution to reduce the cycle time of resolution
• Build an effective collections strategy to ensure full coverage of portfolio
• Performance management and performance review of employees
• Employee involvement, development, coaching, counseling and mentoring
