Job description

On behalf of our multinational partner who is dealing with international sales and distribution of health products we are looking for a candidate to be German speaking customer support representative.

Your tasks will be:

  • incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails: respond to inquiries and resolve problems
  • liaising with German speaking distributors and customers: providing help and information, problem solving
  • liaising with warehouse and suppliers
  • handling complaints, reclamations
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Fluent English AND German knowledge is a must
  • Customer Service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent cummunication skill
