• to support management decisions
• keep contact with the commercial departments (sales, business development, finance etc.)
• preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports
• contributing to the 5-year business planning, budgeting and forecasting regarding the revenue and gross margin figures
• making business cases, financial models
• assisting in controlling customers’ and products’ profitability and in controlling performance: voice and data sales, commercial expenses, sales commission calculations, working capital
