Job description

A major and fast expanding international manufacturing company,operating all over the world is looking for an experienced candidate to fill the position of Chief Accountant and be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Executes and also supervises bookkeeping that is outsourced to their own business support center
  • Being responsible for all taxation duties; liabilities
  • Monthly closing- according to IFRS regulations
  • Preparing statutory reports (HAS)
  • Direct cooperation with auditors regarding statutory and IFRS
Requirements
  • University/College degree in the field of Finance or Accounting
  • Chartered Accountant qualification - registration is a must
  • Fluent English - would be used on a daily basis
  • At least 5 years of experience in overall accounting AND taxation, preferably in manufacturing fields
  • Knowledge or experience in IFRS standards
