Billing Specialist plays a key role in financial performance and customer satisfaction by ensuring that invoices are issued and resolved timely and correctly.

Your tasks will be:

  • Upload invoices on different portals
  • Investigate and resolve invoice complaints in close collaboration with Collections team
  • Support sales team with ad-hoc manual invoices
  • Act as a single point of contact for Spanish sales people and customers
  • Work together with other teams within the company

  • Fluent English and Italian language knowledge is a must
  • Customer service mindset
  • Good prioritization and organization of work
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Excel is an advantage (no financial education needed)
