  • Monitoring of file delivery and ETL processing and report creation (partly manual steps)
  • Resolution of issues by given instructions (KMDB)
  • Record of incidents in incident management system (currently Remedy, move to Service now planned) and update of KMDB
  • Addressing of issues to underlying services (e.g. missing file, performance, storage)
  • Reporting of operation performance, SLA (GDW population by 8 a.m.)
  • Support of monthly closings:
o Planning of load activities (runbook) and alignment with customers
o 24x7 (approx. 2 days per month) load activities as described in runbook
  • Verification of deployment packages and performance of deployment in UAT and production environments
  • Monitoring of storage consumption (UNIX and database)
  • Coordination of space issues with underlying services (SAS PaaS, Oracle – IBM), customer approval
  • SAS administration on compute node level (everything access to project data is required)
  • RCA in case of major incidents
  • Linage analysis in case of data quality issues
  • Coordination of data quality issues with data provider (AMOS AUT, Capgemini)


  • SAS 9.3 DIS EG, Reporting Studio
  • Oracle PL/SQL & SQL
  • Shell scripting for sFTP and C:D interfacing and preprocessing and proprietary scheduling
