A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for an HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, coordinate and administer HR related issues and processes such as hiring, performance management, remuneration, exits and organisation changes
  • As a dedicated HR Generalist you will be the main point of contact for your business area
  • Manage recruitment: drive, coordinate and improve recruitment process from employee request, until closing a vacancy, and on boarding of new hires
  • Manage training and development of your business area
  • General administration of employee data, job description and org charts, prepare report
  • Support with executive HR strategy and implementing competency based HR framework
  • Participate in HR projects and programs actively

Requirements

  • College or university degree preferably in HR/Business/Economics
  • 3-5 years HR experience in similar position, in multinational environment with white collar positions
  • Excellent English and native Hungarian
  • Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and "can do" attitude to work
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
  • Strong influence skills and demonstrated ability to work with leadership and employees
