For our Client international IT company we are looking for:
Order Managment Specialist.
- Order entry and processing in SAP system
- Scheduling deliveries
- Issuing the invoices
- Processing product returns and claims from the Clients
- Collaborate with local Customer Development Teams to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues
- Fluent Hungarian and a very good knowledge of English
- Customer service experience skills would be an advantage
- Customer and service oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Multi-tasking ability
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Professional working environment, with focus on training and development
