They are looking for motivated, career-focused personality with positive, can-do attitude in the Lead Customer Service Representative position.

Tasks:

  • Support the Team Leader/Supervisor in managing the team
  • Accurate and timely creation of quotations for Sales
  • Work with Marketing in creation of promotional quotations to support their campaigns
  • Work with Pricing team to ensure alignment to business objectives/strategies
  • Provide expertise, guidance and support to colleagues
  • Develop and deliver training and materials to support departmental needs
  • Solve / escalate systems issues
  • Provide a high standard of customer care support to internal/external customers

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Fluency in any of the following languages: French, Italian, German
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer contact role
  • Competent Microsoft Office user, Excel knowledge
  • High level of accuracy, high standards for excellence
  • Good organizational skills, excellent time management, ability to plan and manage various tasks
