For our well-known multinational client who is operating in the field of travel services we are currently looking for a new Junior Continuous Improvement Specialist who can take an active part in proactively improving and monitoring the customer service processes. If you have some experience in this field, this might be the perfect next step in your career!

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Monitoring, overseeing the current customer service operation
  • Suggesting new methods for reducing costs and improve processes
  • Maximizing client satisfaction by anticipating and preventing complaints
  • Manage and optimize the collaboration with the service providers
  • Constant collaboration with other departments regarding the upcoming problems or issues (PR, IT, operational teams)

Requirements

  • University OR College degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience in end-to-end customer service
  • Experience in process improvement is a huge advantage
  • Proactive attitude
  • Critical thinking, ability to set up new processes
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility to travel abroad occasionally
