Our prestigious client is seeking for qualified candidates for the German / French speaking BACK OFFICE ASSOCIATE position.

- Coordination of the Offer-to- Cash cycle for the reference customers
- Analysis of customer requests
- Identification of commercial conditions, equipment specifications, time schedule and other key issues
- Maintain contact with customers and with internal department
- Offer preparation, customer offer generation
- Order management
- Coordination of shipments and related export documents
- FLUENCY IN GERMAN OR FRENCH
- Strong English knowledge
- Higher degree
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Open to cross cultural business interactions
