A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for talented candidates with in depth understanding of finance, accounting processes and proven track record of FINANCIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT to fill the position of Financial Project Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive financial projects, such as electronic invoicing, supplier portal implementation, PO, invoice and payment quality
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the timely and smooth execution of projects
  • Gap analysis, data mapping, data migration, reconciliation, testing, knowledge transfer
  • Solve post-go-live issues
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Drive continuous improvement and process reengineering initiatives , manage changes to the project scope
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Continuous contact with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate the delivery of critical tasks in transformation projects, highlight risks, propose mitigation
  • Enable “learning organization”

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as a project Manager in financial or accounting field
  • Experience in delivering projects for Financial Shared Services is a MUST
  • Fluency in English
  • Finance application project management experience (i.e. e-invoicing)
  • Multicountry project management experience
  • BSc / MSc Degree in Finance & Accounting or in Business Administration OR chartered accountant certificate
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and client oriented problem-solving skills
  • ERP system knowledge
  • Relevant experience in process reengineering, continuous improvement or transition projects
  • PRINCE2 preferred
  • Confident Excel and Power Point skills
  • Ready to take ownership
  • Proactive, reliable and resilient personality
