On behalf of our multinational partner who is dealing with international sales and distribution of health products we are looking for a candidate for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Team Leader role.

Responsibilities:

  • leading, mentoring and coaching a team of 10-15 Customer Service Agents
  • ensuring that the department’s operation complies with all internal control procedures and KPIs
  • deliver inspirational leadership and effective coaching, meanwhile providing a supportive and rewarding working environment
  • leading team meetings and performance reviews
  • responding to escalated customer calls and implement corrections

Requirements

  • fluent English AND Spanish is a must!
  • minimum 1-1,5 years of experience in leading a team of 8-15 members (preferably in the field of customer service/ call center)
  • outstanding communication skills
  • strong mentoring and leadership attitude
  • ability to motivate and inspire people
  • not being afraid to make the right-decision, even if it is not the easy road
