Our client is a leading provider of agricultural products and solutions. They are looking for characters with positive, can-do attitude in the Customer Service team Leader position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and motivate a middle-sized customer service team (approx. 12 team members)
  • Handle complex enquiries & complaints
  • Coordinate and distribute workload amongst the team
  • Make decisions based on an understanding of the interplay between the organization’s and customer’s needs
  • Monitor and communicate performance statistics
  • Provide day to day people leadership to the team
  • Help to recruit, train and appraise new team members
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operational running
  • Utilize project management capabilities to guide the implementation of projects

Requirements

  • Higher degree
  • 2-5 years experience in the field of customer service AND proven leadership experience (min. 1 year)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding working environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Second European language knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience in coordinating virtual teams
