Our client provides a wide range of activities within the field of IT in more than 180 countries. They combine best practice processes with proven technologies. As their partner portfolio is continuously expanding, they reached the next milestone recently. In order to strengthen the quality of the service they provide in Europe, they have decided to expand their service center in Budapest.

If you have Service Desk experience and would like to achieve more, take your expertise to the next level and apply now:

  • handling high priority incidents and escalations
  • resolving complex application and operation system problems with greater independence
  • extending internal knowledge base in order to make the processes more effective
  • proactively taking part in process optimization
  • providing support for new Service Desk team members
  • always maintaining the highest level of service and ensuring customer satisfaction


  • at least 2 years experience in a Service Desk role
  • flexibility and willingness to work in 24/7 shifts
  • having (or currently in progress) one of the following certification: MCP/ MCSE/ Citrix Certified Administrator/ MCDA/ ITIL
  • solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office
  • good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • ability to handle stress
