Our multinational client in PR service field is urgently looking for a new colleague for the following tasks:

Personal Assistant/ Property Administration

Personal Assistance:

  • Researching and arranging flights, logistics of complicated and always changing travel arrangements, researching and booking hotels
  • Managing all personal and business administration, dealing with correspondence
  • Liaising between professional and business advisors and business operations, organizing meetings, teleconferences, providing support to business operations where necessary
  • Problem solving around manager and family matters
  • Manage private insurances (car, health, boat, houses, liability, fire etc.) – get quotes, compare well in advance, conclude and renew

Property Administration:
  • Problem solving around properties
  • Manage properties abroad in Europe and in US, assist with marketing property
  • Manage maintenance staff of 2 persons
  • Researching suppliers, get quotes and compare in advance


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent English is a must
  • French language knowlegde is an advantage
  • Good management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fexible, very well organised
  • Has an independent way of thinking
