Our Client is a general management consulting Firm, who is looking for an HR Manager to their Budapest office.
The HR Manager will be the part of the Central Eastern European Leadership Team.

The responsibilities of the new colleague will include:

  • Create and drive the region’s HR agenda
  • Develop and sharpen the HR strategy, processes and practices for Consulting HR
  • Identify need for local/regional policies/processes
  • Create a bridging platform across all HR areas: Recruiting, Learning & development, Staffing, Career development, Compensation, Capacity, Retention and engagement
  • Being looped in global projects and initiatives you will take the lead on such topics like Women at the company and Work-Life Balance


We are expecting applicants with the following background:
  • University degree, preferably MA in Human Resources Management
  • 8-10 years experience in HR field gained at multinational environment,2-3 years experience in strategy consulting as HR Manager
  • Excellent and sophisticated English both oral and written
  • Native Hungarian
