- Monitoring outstanding debts for the covered regions
- Contacting customers, performing follow-ups on accounts
- Proactive issue resolution
- Working proactively with internal departments to help resolve issues preventing collection
- Supporting Senior Colleagues with ad hoc and periodic reports
- Fluency in English AND in German
- SSC background/customer service experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome!
