On behalf of our prestigious client we are looking for you if you are an enthusiastic candidate with complex financial reporting background, who would like to face new challenges at a well-organized multinational company. Our client is a major and fast expanding global manufacturer company, operating all over the world ; employs 200 people who provide business support in customer service, supply chain, finance and IT field.
The Financial Reporting Expert is responsible for operating the financial reporting function including regular and ad-hoc reports covering European Regions. The position also provides key support to Top Management. Tasks as Financial Reporting Expert:

  • Create and coordinate the preparation and release of financial and management reports
  • Consolidate and provide regular and ad-hoc reports on a daily/weekly basis to stakeholders
  • Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing report procedures and systems and develop strategies for enhancing or leveraging these processes and systems
  • Work directly with top management and support them in decision making processes, provide information and explanation for them
  • Define, create and help to understand current and possible future reporting goals, needs, and requirements
  • Research and recommend key performance indicators in order to provide better intelligence in reporting
  • Continuous contact with regional Finance teams and in-house teams
  • Identify automation and process improvement ideas and implement
  • Write and maintain processes related to all standard reporting


  • Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in financial role (from which minimum 2 years in financial reporting)
  • Excellent understanding of financial and accounting processes
  • Strong English knowledge
  • Ability of systematic problem solving

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Well-organized and structured thinking and acting
  • Higher degree (Finance / Accounting / Controlling degree is a huge plus)
