International trading company is looking for an English and Slovak/Czech speaking Commercial Support Assistant.
The main tasks involve:
- Managing customer enquiries and orders,
- Taking orders, daily follow up, coordinating transport related issues,
- Preparing reports and statements,
- Working closely together with the sales persons, customers and factories,
- Taking part in business trips and interpreting on business meetings.
- Fluency in English and Czech OR Slovak languages both written and verbal,
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Independent, open personality,
- Ability to work on multiple tasks,
- Ability to prioritise,
- Attention to detail, preciseness,
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Diploma in Foreign Trade or Economics,
- Integrated system knowledge (SAP, ORACLE)
- Relevant working experience
