Our well-known multinational company, who is operating in cosmetics industry is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager.

- Lead, coach and motivate the whole Call Center department
- Provide a clear vision, SMART goals, and focused expectations to all department members
- Manage all client inquiries and create systems and processes
- Handle day-to-day questions and problems of both employees and customers
- Monitor and communicate performance statistics to pro-actively drive and achieve targets
- Help to recruit, train and appraise new team members
- Promote up sells, saves, and collections opportunities
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operational running
- Manage projects (eg. customer retention programs etc.)
- At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service Manager role
- Excellent command of English
- Goal oriented, persuasive and innovative mentality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills
