Our multinational client operating in the trading sector is looking for a new colleague in the following position:
Customer Service Assistant
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Keeping contact with clients and customers
- Coordinate marketing related campaigns, processes
- Coordinate the company’s business trips and trainings
- Record the incoming orders in SAP
- Higher degree (college/university degree are preferable)
- 1-2 years relevant work experience in office management/customer service
- Fluent English both in written and oral
- Experience in MS Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Proactive and multitasking approach
