Our partner who has a successful business on the automotive market from 1995, importing and distributing spare parts for trucks looking for a Country Manager r for Hungary.

Expected starting date: 2016 sept

The main tasks:
Sales Department management (5 ppl)

  • Elaborate and apply the sales strategy and plan
  • Propose the annual Sales Department’s objectives
  • Set the sales targets, in compliance with the Sales Department objectives
  • Budget planning

Sales tasks:
  • Develop and optimize network in the country
  • Develop and manage effective customer relationships
  • Present the company to the strategically important key accounts
  • Maintain a good long term relation with the clients
  • Reporting weekly/monthly bases, competitors monitoring, forecasting

Hierarchical Superior: General Manager (Romania)

Requirements

  • 3 years relevant experience in the field of automotive
  • Knowledge of spare parts for trucks
  • University degree
  • Native Hungarian, Fluent English language knowledge

  • Commercial driven personality with result and success orientation
  • Result and customer oriented attitude
  • Self motivated and organized personality
