They are looking for a dedicated and multi-talented Assistant for a long term who will work closely with the Office Manager in the following areas with an emphasis on finance:


  • Accounts Payable: booking invoices
  • handling bank transfers
  • preparing various reports, analyses
  • inventory control
  • filing
  • event management
  • facilities management
  • maintaining and updating records
  • preparing statistics
  • organizing job interviews


The position requires:
  • excellent active English knowledge and great communication skills
  • at least 2 years of related work experience
  • touch typing skills
  • finance / accountancy background is a major plus
