Our client is a reliable and rapidly growing distributor and wholesaler of consumer electronics products. They focus on TVs, Smartphones, Tablets, Consoles, Cameras and Household Appliances.
As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will be:
- Developing relations with Consumer Electronics wholesale customers and potential customers by phone, Skype and email.
- Making both cold and warm sales calls B2B in order to buy and sell the LG, Samsung and Apple products that our company distributes
- Performing administrative tasks such as exploring customers‘ needs, preparing offers and orders, verifying datas, monitoring and updating customer informations in CRM management systems
- Getting acquainted with market trends, compliance procedures and regulations
- Handling and solving customer complaints
- Preparing reports, statements, supporting the leaders decision – making procedure
- Broadening the clientele
- Working closely with the logistics team
- College or University degree
- At least 2–3 years relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Italian (+ native Hungarian)
- Driving licence
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ERP knowledge
- Clear criminal background
