We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced candidates for a challenging role, coordinating the whole process of shipping products and managing all relating documentation and issues.
We are looking for English speaking, and German+English speaking candidates for the following responsibilities:
- end-to-end order management and sales support activities
- plan, coordinate and follow-up shipments
- keep contact with international Clients and warehouses via phone and e-mail
- proactive issue resolution
- managing on-time billing processes
- at least 1,5 year experience in a complex customer service / order management / logistics-related role
- advanced English OR German+English knowledge
- excellent communication and problem solving skills
- high level of accuracy, high standards for excellence
- positive, can-do attitude
