Your tasks will be:
- Placing orders accurately, completely and within agreed deadlines into SAP and by proactively following up on missing pieces of information and exceptions.
- Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders and customers by
- Displays the ability to professionally manage customers and their expectations with the
- Delivering first time resolutions to customer queries and problems
- Designated as the single point of contact to provide high level customer service in the
- Works collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team targets
RequirementsWhat makes you the best candidate:
- Fluent English AND intermediate Dutch knowledge is a must
- Experience in a customer service role is an advantage, but not a must
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
