Your daily tasks will include:
- Leading, mentoring and coaching a team of 12-15 Service Desk Agents
- Ensuring that the department’s operation complies with all internal control procedures and KPIs
- Deliver inspirational leadership and effective coaching, meanwhile providing a supportive and rewarding working environment
- Leading team meetings and performance reviews
- People management experience
- Advanced German and English is essential
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk is essential
- ITIL knowledge
- Can-do attitude, flexibility
- Willingness to work in Pécs
