We are looking for an HR Manager for our excellent multinational partner operating in the logistics industry, who will be responsible for 3 countries (Hungary, Czech, Slovak)
The following main tasks are waiting for you:
- provide strategic HR support for senior management in Hungary, Czech and Slovakia,
- contribute in budgeting process,
- lead and manage the people management related agenda,
- take part in the change management projects and coordinate the HR related internal and external communication,
- ensure the further development, standardization, simplification and execution of all HR processes,
- you will be responsible member of the management team.
RequirementsWhat are they asking for?
- fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge,
- positive attitude,
- Czech or Slovak language knowledge is an advantage.
