Prestigious international law firm is looking for a RECEPTIONIST.

The tasks:

  • Handling phone calls, deliveries, incoming mail register
  • Checking and registering incoming invoices
  • Welcoming clients and guests
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Other administrative tasks

Requirements

We are probably looking for you if you can describe yourself with the following characteristics:
  • Relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) is a must
  • Patient, helpful, customer oriented attitude
  • Proactive, open-minded and responsible personality
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office
